KIOSK Embedded Systems equips Munich office to provide enhanced support and marketing services to European market

Seefeld, Germany, July 20, 2021 – KIOSK Embedded Systems GmbH, a provider of embedded and self-service computing technologies through the KIOSK and Portwell brands and a company of the Posiflex Group, today announced that its enhanced European sales and customer service facility in Seefeld, near Munich, has become fully operational.

The new European headquarters of KIOSK Embedded Systems provides a fully equipped base for serving European customers for the KIOSK and Portwell brands of self-service computing solutions and embedded computing technologies.

The new facility, which is in Seefeld’s Am Technologiepark, will support customers for both the Serviced IoT and Industrial IoT offerings from KIOSK Embedded Systems. The Serviced IoT segment provides solutions for self-service computing stations and displays in settings such as hotels, food and non-food retail outlets, telecommunications, and gaming and leisure sites, and for applications such as digital signage, and building entrance and queuing systems.

The Industrial IoT segment provides embedded computing systems for industrial automation, networking appliances, transport and logistics, and medical technology.

KIOSK Embedded Systems is offering an E2E business model, which includes – next to the hardware systems, and Software stacks a full range of Field Services, including deployment, fulfilment on site, maintenance and repair.

The fully operational Seefeld location will provide a full suite of sales, marketing and customer service functions supporting the entire continent of Europe.

The customer support and sales operations provided from the Seefeld facility are complemented by the Posiflex Group distribution and logistics operation based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
